Seriously..I’m sick and tired of it. I hate being “The Skinny Guy” , the little guy!
I’m tired of being the smallest guy in the group and not always being taken serious by other people. Okay, that doesn’t happen all the time, but in certain situations it definitely does because I already look younger. Seriously, I want to get gain some mass and put on some muscles and weight.

I don’t like:
– having scrawny arms
– skinny fat syndrome
– not being able to wear the shirts I want
– even shorts sometimes!
– my girlfriend saying she feels unprotected (or even that she feels bigger…even though she’s like 100 lbs)
– my watch being too loose
– having to use the last hole on my belt, and my pants are still loose
– not getting taken serious in the gym

not getting attention from other ladies so I can make my girlfriend jealous
So, its time for change. Its time to put on some weight and stop being the skinny guy, I mean Taylor Lautner did it…so can I.
So Who Am I?
My name is Dexter Daxson, I’m 32 years old, an engineer/business owner(part-time), weigh 145lbs, 5’7″. Some of you guys out there might not say too light and skinny, but I’m there with you guys. Now that I’m older, when I’m eating to gain weight, it goes to my belly and I have the “skinny fat syndrome” —skinny arms and legs and a little pop
belly. That’s me now…but soon, it will be a lot different. Trust me.
Why should you listen to me?
Well honestly you don’t have to, I really don’t care

I’m a skinny dude just like you and in order to build muscles we need to do things different. Obviously, we can’t do the same things the big bodybuilders do or you wouldn’t be reading this…plus I’m sure you don’t wanna do roids like them either. I have been working out on and off since I was in high school. I’ve tried all the weight gaining supplements, I’ve bought tons of muscle building programs and read all the muscle magazines and you know what? I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned a lot of the stuff is crap. So here I’m going to put together all my experiences on what really works for us skinny guys. I will show you proof of what’s working and how I’m changing the information out there to work for the skinny guys. Feel free to look around and try to sift through all the BS out there or just come back here and see results.
Honestly, the biggest thing I learned is that in the beginning many things really does work. Its all mind set and taking action. TAKE ACTION! Seriously, learn something and take action on it. I hope that you will come back and continue to learn from me because I’m going to be make a huge transformation in myself. I’m going to clear through all the B.S. that is out there right now and give you exactly what you need TO DO NOW, if you are tired of being a “skinny guy” as well.
